We had been coming to this resort for years, but honestly, I liked it better then- about 10 years ago when it had less distractions (no train rides for kids, less unnecessary decors/statues, cottages made of nipa), just simple with lots of trees/ plants ( especially loved the hanging vines as you enter the resort).
