We called the hotel around 11 PM while we were already outside the building. The receptionist said there was still a room available for 2 pax — a Deluxe room worth ₱2,000+ with breakfast included. So we parked at the basement and went to the lobby. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the Standard rooms were fully booked, so only the Deluxe was available. I asked if they accepted card payments, but she sa…

Ew just ew, I went into the hotel and service was very bad, they kept us waiting for almost an hour. I was with my family by the way. Once we got to our rooms the floor wasnt well cleaned and maintained, and heres the worst part. The bed felt greasy and after uncovering the sheets I saw a blackish thing that had liquid ew, JUST YUCK!!! I complained to the staff but they said we will get you another room, and so afte…

I will not recommend to check-in to this hotel. We experienced the worst like no wifi, our room is at the very end, the tv is not working, the linens are dirty.

We reserved a hotel room on airbnb. We specifically chose a room with two beds. But we got only 1 bed. It was misleading. When we got there, the people at the reception were nice, if a bit impatient. When we got to our room, it was very disappointing. The payment for a two day stay was expensive, but the quality of the room was a big letdown. As you can see from the pictures I provided, the place is not good. The sl…

I mean, you're getting what you pay for. Overall a good experience, but I had some minor concerns. Pros: walking distance from SM, Hypermart, and other public transportation; relatively cheap; easy to locate; spacious room for what we reserved; great service and friendly staff; free parking; breakfast open super early! Cons: room and towels were not super clean when we arrived; free breakfast was lackluster, but sti…

The worst hotel I ever stayed. They even hold my refund for about 20 days or so when they said it would take 3 business days. They did not even process it until I went back personally to follow up. But prior to that I have been calling them but they blocked my phone number that I couldn't go through. I am sure about it as I have asked my niece to try calling their number and she was able to. The family room is so sm…

Rooms are very small for their price, a lot of hairs on the floor, cable tv all local, no tv remote, bed linens have hairs, and they also wake me up around 1am just to say they need to change my keycard. Rooms not sound proof, this should be priced below P500 for quality
