The stay was stress free and the staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay. It feels like a home away from home.

I am not sure but the place looks like an old house converted to a business for accommodation. It’s hard to find especially there is no visible sign. The “reception” lobby is a bit tidy, and they serve breakfast at the patio of the house, which is also dusty. The room is okay, but really looks dated. Overall, the stay is okay.

Room and comfort room is clean. Nice place to stay. Staff is approachable. Very recommended!

We recently stayed at Sofiatel after booking through Agoda. While we didn’t expect luxury, the room was quite different from the photos shown online. The paint was chipping, the aircon had a moldy smell, and there were noticeable yellow stains on both the curtains and walls. The room felt old and not very well-maintained. Booked here for the second time! The road to the hotel has been fixed by the LGU, no more bumpy and ugly road. What an improvement! 2nd stay here and the quality of the stay is still exceptional! We will stay again for the 3rd time if we will attend a concert again in Phil. Arena.
