We had fun at Somerset in Alabang. The rooms are spacious, world class hospitality especially at Veranda, facilities are enjoyed by the whole family - pool, gym and kids' club. This hotel is great especially for long stay because of in-room amenities like kitchen and laundry. The mall is only about 300m away but if you're too lazy to dine out you can easily order food online.
The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Alabang, just a few minutes' walk from Festival Mall. The room was well-equipped and had excellent blackout curtains, which was great for someone like me who needs to be able to control the lighting to sleep. Worst hotel experience. Extremely poor service. I had a very awful stay at Somerset Alabang. Late one night, while I was already asleep, a lady from the staff randomly knocked on my door asking about laundry. This is completely unacceptable—especially since I had the Do Not Disturb sign clearly placed on my door.
