My partner and I recently stayed here for three days. While we initially chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near our appointments, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay. What we enjoyed: • Room Quality: We were genuinely impressed by how spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing the room was. The bathroom was also notably large and well-maintained. • Maintenance: Despite the b…

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my recent business visit to Philippines and was a pleasurable stay overall. The facilities available within the rooms are top-notch while the cleanliness maintained is supreme. The stay was extremely comfortable and provided a good resting place away from the busy work schedule. One small grouse is that the restaurant here is very small for the size and number of rooms availabl…
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything felt high-end and well maintained, from the room to the common areas. The suite was spacious, very comfortable, and the services both inside and outside the suite were outstanding plus great location. What really made the experience special was the staff..extremely professional friendly and genuinely helpful at all times. Service was smooth fast and always delivered…

During my trip to the Philippines, I had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Central twice. First, I arrived there upon my arrival, and then I stayed for two nights after returning to Baguio. It was my first time in the Philippines, and I was thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond to accommodate my request…

Nearly impossible for big cars and cars that require a wide turn. Or amateur drivers for that matter. The above ground parking is slightly better but they charge you for it. Hallways and rooms feel musty and wet. Almost all TV channels do not work. No phone signal even if th…
