Weve been early January in this hotel to avail of the promo via Agoda. But days away from our booked dates November 3 to 5,we have been informed that our booking was canceled due to operational problems. We are greatly disappointed! Thanks to Agoda for refunding our money. But the experience with red doors is really bad. This will be our first and last.
Good value for the money but hotel should test everything when they bring you to your room upon checkin. Checked in last night and CR was locked from inside. Can only assume cleaning staff did it by mistake
On and off shower. Bed bugs...
