Stacia Hotel Cebu

When we arrived the toilet flush and bidet didn’t work. The room we got was facing front, meaning the sound from outside is so loud you cant sleep. Requested for extra tissue cause they provided a small roll when we arrived and we were checking out early but they said they cant provide extra if we are only staying for one night. Asked for brewed coffee they said they also cant provide, so I said i was purchasing it…

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location is not bad and offers easy access to nearby areas. However, there were two things I didn’t like about the hotel. The shower water pressure was weak, and the room felt depressing because there was no window at all. I stayed for three nights, and I would say it’s only suitable for an overnight stay.

Highly recommended. Chose to do our party here since it's nearby, and we loved the window view. Good customer service, quick response. Assisted with all our requests. Overall nice place!

After raising the issue of the AC we were surprise, when we came back for a day out of the hotel, the AC was fix and the room is so clean... Now this hotel deserve for 5 star on the Room and Services.. As my Son recommend we will always stay here at Stacia Hotel on our future visit here in Cebu. Highly recommended for family booking and group booking...5/5...

Our family's stay here is so good. Highly recommended, especially for families. We stayed sa room 405. No noise from the outside. Tho, walang windows at dim yung room. Also, when we entered the room, the water supply is so weak. After reporting it to the front desk, there was a prompt response. Nakalimutan lang pala i-open yung water supply.
