We stayed here for just 3 hours to rest during a long drive, expecting a basic level of service. first day here in the hotel the room where we stayed were alright although it looks like the bathroom has already been used but we didn’t have any problem overall. And we returned for the second night with the same room and it seems that they didn’t replaced the bedsheets and that’s very unhygienic, and in the middle of the night our car suddenly alarmed.
They provide 3 towels for their family room of 4. We are 6, 4 adults 2 kids. Paid extra for the kids since the base price is for for guests only. But despite the room being good for 4 guests and asking to pay extra for the kids we were given 3 towels. When I ask they said it is for extra fee. One of the good things about the hotel was the spacious room and its affordable price. However, somehow I don't feel safe when it comes to its security. But still, this is one of the affordable hotels in San Pablo City.
Had to pay upon entry, ended up paying twice the regular rate due to overstaying instead of being charged of their regular extended rate. Getting calls from reception every 3 hours while sleeping. WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL!
The hotel has the best customer service we ever had in San Pablo Laguna. The room was clean, the place was safe and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The price that we paid is worth it.
Great place to stay for a couple of nights. Friendly staff and a comfortable firm king size bed! Don't forget to ask for your free water bottles when you check in. Would stay here again!
This was my first time to stay there . I wish i can go back there again Room service and facilities can be improved Price is quite perfect and cheaper but its more worthy if rooms are dont smell like smokings But i rate it as 3 star Lets see how much they improve when i will be back
