Absolutely terrible experience dealing with Stardust Beach Hotel Matabungkay Batangas and Cocotel management. We booked 6 rooms through Booking.com amounting to nearly ₱48,000. Stardust Beach Hotel offers a cozy stay with clean rooms and friendly service. Though not beachfront, its convenient location near stores and markets is a plus. The common kitchen and grilling area add to the experience. Solid 4/5! 🌟🔥🏨
The room we booked is big enough for 6pax. They have towels, wifi, soap & shampoo sachets, and free coffee & tea. However, there are several points for improvement. The side tables and CR weren’t very clean. We also felt some specks of sand/dirt on the beds. The rack in the CR was broken and they didn’t even have a mirror.
