I recently stayed at a lovely budget-friendly hotel in Pasay, the Stone House Hotel and had a surprisingly great experience. Friendly atmosphere with a convenient location. Basic rooms at a very economical price. Shared bathroom with private shower and latrine stalls. The restaurant serves reasonably priced meals that are quite delicious. The staff is efficient and courteous.
