I really wanted to give this hotel a 5 star as I enjoyed my stay but unfortunately there are some issues. Water pressure on shower is not that strong and if you turn it into hot it is really hot. When you lower the temp. a bit it will become cold. Looks like you dont have a choice so I just got water from the sink to solve the problem. P.S. I removed a service star from my initial review because the issues with the noise and the cleanliness of the floors were already noted in someone else's review, and it got a reply. Obviously, nothing was done about those things, which is a shame. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing hotel experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service is truly outstanding. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, and even the breakfast is brought directly to the room. The team here really makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

After Typhoon Tino, we struggled to find a reliable hotel with wifi. Luckily, we were able to book at Stonehill Suites. They didn't disappoint us. We got a comfortable place to stay and work at the same time. All the staff were very polite and accommodating, from housekeeping to the front office. Will definitely book again.
Breakfast was a 3. Simple warm dishes. The meat was dry and old. Beef in soup was still hard. Not much choice. For the bread eater it was worse. Dry pandesal and no sliced bread and spread. Rooms are decent.
