First of all, I do NOT recommend this hotel. Don't even dare book here unless you want to experience what it's like to stay in a place that seems to have been forgotten by housekeeping. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. The entire experience was terrible from start to finish. The moment we walked into our room, we were hit with an awful, musty smell that never went away. It was unbearable. We thought we'd escape to the pool, but that was a huge mistake. The water was cloudy and visibly dirty, with debris floating on the surface. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
The aircon is noisy. You can't sleep at night too because the room is vibrating due to the sound system of the videoke room below our room. You can hear the loud sounds of people singing from 9:30pm and last until past 12 midnight. You can't relax in the hotel, you'll get stressed and more tired. I do not recommend this hotel. Room was spacious. Airconditioning works well. Bathroom are clean and spacious too. Water heater works perfectly fine and there are no problems with water supply. Staff was helpful and kind.
