Not good for the price of 1600 per night. It seems rooms are not properly maintained. I only discovered in the morning that water in the sink is not even usable just for doing toothbrush or just rinsing my face. The water is not clean. The front desk personnel is not friendly and do not even smile. Not recommendable for elderly as they do not have elevator.
The location is good, because it is located downtown and near many shops. The service is a bit slow. And the rooms are kinda old. Some need repair . Not satisfied with the amenities. At least with the regular room, good for two. Idk at that time I smell kinda rat piss on the hallway.

Stayed 12 hours waiting for next days fastcraft bound to Cebu. Room is dirty and not well maintained, lacks sanitation. Even floors are dirty. Only good thing is it is located in downtown area. Also saw a cockroach outside of my room. AC is hot even when I'm alone and night time. Hot shower but you can't move inside. Bring your money somewhere else. You need to carry your luggage to 4th floor, through stairs.
Very bad experience. First room offered, receptionist did not show us to the room. We went ourselves and when we opened, turned lights on, the cockroaches just went flying. Offered another room but smell so bad and didn't feel like it was cleaned properly.

Economically priced, toilet a bit smelly due to humid and lacking of exhaust. Place is old, airconditioner noisy but did later become cool. Smoke keeps getting into the room most probably because there is an EGame center on the ground floor. I fairness, staffs are friendly.
