My wife found a huge 40% off promo, so we stayed here for 3 days for our daughter's 4th birthday. I have no complaints. It was walking distance to SM. The room we had was quiet and spacious. We didn't really ate there because we had to travel early to visit Cebu locations, but getting food delivered there was quick since it's near major establishments. I booked this room because it's near the ferry terminal and SM City. Rooms are barely okay. The shower was hot and fantastic -- really great 👍 Sadly, there's no mini fridge or even an electric jug as well as no sachets of coffee, cream and sugar provided. Lastly, the TV screen is frosty and faded. There is Fox News and BBC. No other international English news sites are available.
Tried to book directly online, thinking this would be better for the hotel. Had a failed reservation message which asked me to try again which I did. Got same message second time. Now I have no booking, but have 2 charges against my card. Emailed hotel twice, no response at all. Very disappointed as I really wanted to stay here. Would definitely not recommend trying to book directly.
Despite booking a three-day stay, we decided to cancel for one day due to an uncomfortable experience. The room felt suffocating and had an unpleasant odor. The reception area, however, was much more pleasant. While the hotel’s official website portrays the room as aesthetically pleasing, our personal experience was quite different and misleading. Consequently, we will not be returning to this hotel.
