I am very disappointed with my stay. The property lacks private parking and charges an additional 200 pesos for overnight use. Furthermore, despite my booking clearly stating that breakfast was included, the staff refused to honor it. To make matters worse, the staff were unprofessional and rude when I tried to clarify the issue.
Clean rooms, quiet even nextdoor construction yard. Nice staff, everything small snacks to coffee available on spot 🙂
Loved the room!! especially the bed its so comfy I fell asleep as soon as I laid down, the only flaws I saw was the average wifi, it could use some upgrade since I was reviewing for an exam and needed good wifi. With all that said I'd recommend the place it's nice it's also just behind SM which is also convenient, 8/10 would love to book again some time
Friendly staff, nice location, 4 minute walk to the lrt 2 line. There is no elevator, so us being on the fifth floor was a horrible walk each time but the room is super cheap so I don’t mind. The AC works well but it is super loud, but for me it’s white noise so it doesn’t bother me at all. Nice water heater and free soap and shampoo. Horrible wifi in some of the rooms, (especially above the 2nd floor) decent in other rooms lower down. only cleans once every 3 days, customer service is lacking as well at times but very good also at times. Housekeepers do a good job. Construction starts around 9 am but not so noisy. Doors do close loudly. Beds are soft. Need to pay extra for blankets and pillows 100 each.
Stayed for two nights. Conveniently a few steps away from SM Sta. Mesa and V Mapa LRT Station. No elevator so be prepared if you get an upper floor room. Lights are a bit dim; could be refurbished. No hot water so be prepared for cold showers.
