Disappointing experience and lack of accountability. I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. We stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter's birthday. After checking in, we went out for dinner. I had three mobile phones with me during our stay and left two of them inside our room, securely placed in my bag. I only took one phone with me to dinner. Location is great because it is connected to the Robinsons mall. However, the rooms are a little dated and needs more cleaning. The supposedly white towels look gray. The bidet in our room was not working, we called and they tried to fix it but only resulted to it leaking during our whole stay. The sheets weren't replaced throughout the 4 nights we were there. I had high hopes for this hotel, especially after seeing such a beautiful lobby. Unfortunately, the rooms were a big disappointment in terms of cleanliness. We booked two suites for our one-night stay. I noticed a bunch of spiderwebs on the ceiling, a mummified salamander on the door, stains on the bed sheets, stains on the chair and more. I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so it never got cold. I was looking forward to relaxing on a hot summer day, but instead the room felt just as warm and uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I don’t plan on coming back.
Booked 5 hotel rooms, and all the air conditioners were not working well. It was very hot during our stay, and we spent the whole night sweating. We called the front desk multiple times, and they said someone would come to our room to fix it, but no one came.
The service is very very good. The beds are great. Food is great too and everything for a pretty affordable price.
