Yes the building is quite old but considering the price, it was well worth it. Located at the heart of Pobla. The key places are just a few blocks away. Highly recommended if you are a budget traveller.
The room had bugs in it so it was a bit tricky bringing food into the apartment. It was quite disgusting. The rooms also had a musty, almost mouldy stench. The staff were curt and stiff in their dealings to the point of rudeness. The location is central and ideal for getting around. It is however in the red light district and there is an abundance of screaming. We were awoken thrice by yelling on the street.
It's a reasonable price. And for smoker, can smoke because it's having balcony.
This place is so convenient. The room felt like a comfortable one bedroom apartment. The price is very good for what you get. Kitchen very well equiped. The staff are professional and welcoming. I would return. Also, I like the Christian touch to the building.
