The hotel is nice! The room is small and has no view, but it's spotless and sleek. SureStay Plus gets an actual plus due to its proximity to the Cebu Provincial Capitol. The restaurant is small but diverse. Highly recommend trying it. The staff is very nice, along with the underground parking. Shoutout to @surestayplusbybestwesterncebu.
Breakfast buffet is great but the should have a cycle. Menu cycle every day. I notice same.food on monday and Tuesday. They have to serve at least some.fiber dry food also.
This hotel is a total bang for your buck! It’s consistently great, and that goes for their other branches in Luzon, too. The awesome customer service from the front desk to the security guards and all the staff really puts their quality over the top. Plus, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless! Honestly, everything is almost perfect.

The room was fine for a short overnight stay. Just a few things to note: the shower didn’t have a full partition — only a single glass panel — so the bathroom floor tends to get wet after a long shower. The hot water also takes around 2–5 minutes to heat up. My room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Overall, it's a decent option if you're not staying long.
