Good for day swimming only. Location is accesible with wide parking areas, has different options for pool sizes, Quad room & dormitory has good AC & good foam. Customer service is so far behind: understandable that the staff are the locals which is a good employment for the community but they should be trained on how to assist & deal with customers. Room was clean, superb service and friendly staff. Pool wa clean but some shower areas need repairs.
I did overnight here some days and swim whit my womans fam. i think for what they have around this was a good 1 also the staff was gently and good service. yes whe will go back( only for swimming ) when we in PH again :)
Im not satisfied,no home phone,you have to used your personal phone to call the front desk, short of staff. 2 staff in the dinning is not enough to serve the guest. No tissue paper in the bathroom. But i appreciate the 2 employee in the dinning because they are doing their to serve the guest
There's a lot of construction going on at the hotel. We're stayed in room 6. There is a banquet room above the dragging of the furniture makes a lot of noise in the room. The paint is bubbling on the walls and the ceiling of the room. Very disgusting.
We arrived at the resort hoping to have a nice rest but very sad that when we arrived at 11:45 pm the four rooms they reserved for us has no water. We were calling the manager but no reply. We were able to settle through the guard at 1:00 am.Very poor service. Never to recommend. The very first experience of poor service. Very frustrating. Be responsible to your customers.
Near the main road and lots of parking areas. The area is spacious and really recommended for family and friends' vacation. Their slide for adults is insane. The only problem we encountered was that internet was down and the water got shut off in our room we have told the staff about the problem but we were ignored until we checked out. Food was lovely and delicious with generous serving. It was also budget friendly. Free breakfast as well which is always a bonus
