I stayed here for a week with my fiancé in Aqua 3. It was a nice room but it wasn’t really that clean. The toilet and coach were dirty or stained upon arrival which was late at night due our flight being delayed. We asked for a room cleaning and they just made the bed not changing the sheets. Our room was on the ground floor and what we liked most is that it has its own parking space, so the next time we will visit Bicol, we will bring our own car already. We went to dine at the hotel restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We reserved a seat, ordered, and paid at 10 AM for an 8PM dining slot. Upon arrival, after multiple follow-ups, the staff finally realized we had already ordered and paid. We had to wait an entire hour and a half, just to be served half of our order.
