The staff tried their best to accommodate us, which we appreciate. However, the room’s AC was not working properly and couldn’t cool the area. The pool was also under maintenance and, according to other guests, the water had not been changed. Communication with the admin was slow when we raised our concerns. Unfortunately, the experience made us decide to leave and look for other villa.

We are a family of 15, booked the 2 family rooms for overnight stay. The rooms were clean and pleasantly smelled. The double deck beds are spacious, wider than usual. The family room have their own CR, kitchenette with a stove, no utensils and cooking tools for hygenic purpose as indicated on their terms. We stayed in their villa room, but unfortunately the bathroom facilities need improvement. The toilet drainage was not working properly, so when we showered the water did not drain and we ended up standing in a pool of water around our feet.
