Washroom (cr) needs cleaning and toilet bowl needs deep cleaning, and proper maintenance , aircon are noisy it’s you can’t relax, outside room are nice but not well maintained , people are nice and one of my concern breakfast area to far from our room location.

The place is huge & also the rooms. Its my 2nd time here for this year (2025). The 1st time i was here, there were no ‘ipis’ but this time there were cockroaches (take note:plural) even in the room we were transferred to. In the morning it’s so peaceful, the view and ambience are nice. Some staff are friendly and accommodating such as some food attendant, the van chauffeur, security guards, and some housekeepers but you’d encounter some who are clearly just there plainly to work.
