The hotel, which is a walking distance to the Manaoag Church, provides a solid and enjoyable stay with modern comforts. It has free parking for checked-in guests. Our rooms have a noticeable dusty smell, suggesting deeper cleaning. In the breakfast buffet, food served was generally good but the hotel would benefit if it expands the variety of choices therein.
The hotel was a good stay but the room and bathroom were very small. It was really tight in there. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and it's buffet style. The food was pretty basic.
The staff falsely accused us of smoking in our room. Every time we went downstairs to smoke, they refused to check the surveillance footage. Instead, they insisted that we had to pay a fine of 5,000 pesos just because the smell of instant noodles in our room was too strong!!! The staff here were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From check-in to dining, we felt well taken care of at every step. Their hospitality truly made our visit memorable — highly recommend!
