Stayed 2-nights at The Monarch Hotel and while the facilities and rooms truly live up to its name, the service unfortunately does not reflect a “monarch-level” experience. Facade was superb, you immediately feel you are in a good location. Especially with some restaurants within the entrance and just across Robinsons Mall. Check in process was swift and front ofc was very helpful making our stay comfortable with a connecting room. the STAFFS here is very accomodating and friendly. the breakfast buffet is good they have different kind of food. the rooms is very cozy and clean. the price is a bit expensive for budget traveller but if you can afford just stay here. they have lots of parking as well. near Robinson's and lots of restaurant around.

We are very happy with our 3D2N stay here. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious! Their breakfast buffet has a great variety. The room was surprisingly spacious. Overall, we enjoyed a very comfortable stay!
