We stayed at The Muse Hotel for 3 nights. It was recommended to us by a friend. The staff are all pleasant and very accommodating, shout out to Rhoda and Elmer. On top of that, the hotel’s location is very convenient for tourists. It’s in walking distance to the jetty in station 1, where the water activities start, and to d’mall in station 2, where lots of the restaurants and stores are.
I loved staying here! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made our stay extra special. One small downside was that housekeeping didn’t automatically refill the body wash and toilet paper - we had to call the front desk or go to the lobby to request them. The staff is incredibly observant—they offered us early check-in at 12:00 PM and even turned on the lobby fans and brought wet towels when they saw my child sleeping. Stayed here for four nights. Perfect location, great price and the staff were brilliant. Very welcoming and accommodating. Being able to walk out onto the beach was really special. Air con in the room was excellent and a great relief from the heat outside. Loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend
The staffs were all friendly and accommodating. They always kept the hotel clean you can always see them polishing and mopping hallways. We were often greeted with respect and warm smiles. All the hotel employees were very nice and accommodating — they attended to all our requests without any extra charges. If you're looking for a great location this is a good spot. But don't expect anything more than that. The room was dirty, unwashed bedsheets, stains on towels, walls, furniture and the entire bathroom. Which I rather don't use at all. The room we first got was also not finished.
