Great hotel. Stayed here several times from 2011 to 2015 when we rented out our condo to Airbnb. I thought the black painted Vigan tiles in lobby was cool. Amazing restaurant next to the huge beautiful pool. Looking forward to staying there again
I booked a double room that says it has a bathtub but when we arrived, surprise! No bathtub but couldn't complain more coz our bed is bigger than a king size bed! I'm okay with that. Also they need to clean every corner of their room because there are cobwebs and filthy dirt hiding just underneath their bed and side tables. Really disappointed with this hotel - no way is it worth the money. I stayed at the beginning and end of my travels and both rooms weren't good but the second was horrendous (see photos). My husband and I booked for 3days in a superior room with description of refrigerator and bathtub unfortunately when we came the fridge was already removed and has to be rented for 100 pesos a day. We were also disappointed with the mosquitoes inside the room, dim light and the covers. But the staff are attentive when you ask for toiletries and change of covers. The staffs didn't clean the room properly because the tampon is still placed inside the drawer of the cabinet. The toothbrush and toothpaste are not available in the hotel. Also, the room is not sound proof, we were hearing the voice of some people passing by the hallway. The only pros here is that the price of the hotel's rooms are very budget friendly.
I stayed 3 nights in two different rooms (superior and deluxe). Both rooms are fine and spacious enough. For some it might looks old, but i loved it. The service was exceptionally friendly. Oh, and the location is just perfect
I had a great stay. Had a problem with the A/C leaking but they fixed it right away. Room was nice and clean. House keeping always say good morning or hi. Front desk was helpful when I wanted to get charger for my phone and told me to try mall. I got a ride from tour Gide named Sandy he took me to mall and see the sights. He did a great job. Their service really sucks!!! Instead of having a relaxed weekend. We were just stressed. Basic things like welcome kit, service water, bath mat not available. You need to call at least twice to talk to the receptionist. They never answer the call with urgency or maybe their phone system is at fault.
