The resort caretakers, Ate Rose Marie and Kuya Lionel, were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We traveled nearly four hours from Manila to get here, only to be met with a massive disappointment. The staff were completely unaccommodating and made us feel unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the facilities are in terrible condition and poorly maintained. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere; this resort is definitely not recommended.

The management of this resort is very unprofessional. I booked a stay 2 months early thru Agoda, and then found out it was cancelled by this resort with no valid reason according to Agoda just 2 weeks before our stay. very inconveniet!
