My partner and I stayed at Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences from 6 June to 17 June 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was firm and provided excellent support, allowing us to rest well after a long day. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly and professionally. We…

I absolutely loved my stay at The Picasso. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable, with a balcony, great beds and lovely linen. The location is also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven right next door, and the surrounding area feels clean and safe. There’s also a restaurant next door called Kodawari, which was great value and delicious. I highly recommend the cold noodles with wasabi. They were so good we ordere…

It wasn’t until I got audibly annoyed and concerned they offered some sort of help. Especially given this single ni…

The rooms are well appointed, although not sure why they don’t provide seating on the decks, nor some basic kitchen equipment. How am I supposed to open my Redhorse politely? Those two points are the reasons for my star off. Some utensils, plates and kitchen rags would be very nice touch. Felt awful using the nice bathroom towels to clean up a mess. Perhaps these are things you could request but it had little impact…
