I was highly impressed with this hotel, the rooms and the staff! The location is perfect, and yet it is snuggled within a very safe area and very quiet area. The staff was above and beyond helpful! I definitely recommend here!

I needed a place to crash for a few hours and my prerequisites were: close to the airport, aircon, clean, basic but reliable Wi-Fi, and cheap. This fit all the criteria so I booked it. The worst place I've ever been!!! The room is small, no cabinet, TV not connected, the WiFi is so slow. Toilet without seat cover, towels over used with holes I would use to wash the floor... Window is blocked by brick wall. The only good thing is the service and the beautiful ladies there 😊
Place is ok, only not so nice and clean. We also experience no electricity and water (not long though) and 1 of my companions was in the shower and they did not do anything until I complaint and demanded water should be provided. In fact, they should have ready available in case of times like no electricity, which can cause no water. Anyway, i appreciated they did something after that.
Staff are helpful and accomodating. Facilities are basic, in some instances lacking. Not designed for long term stay. Food though is excellent. Our bathroom needs a little bit of cleaning, bathroom needs shower curtain (safety precaution for seniors). Linen have seen better days. AC working great. Price is competitive.
Location is near the airport but far from the tourist spots and city center. Service was so bad. Before we checked In, there were a lot of rules. And when we entered the room, the floor was so sticky, they mop it with too much soap, and we therefore requested them to mop again.
