The Residences at Bonifacio Civic Center Tower | BGC

We stayed here for almost a month, and I would say it feels more like a hotel than a residential building. It is also extremely popular with families with children — kids were running around the corridors from morning till night, which made it quite noisy. Apart from that, the place itself is nice. We had a room with a view of the Memorial, and the view was good — not worse than from the pool area a couple of floors…

location is great, across the street from SM aura and had no problem getting to anywhere in BGC. travel to/from the airport is also relatively easy. the rooms are just OK - we booked here twice and our first room felt so empty (missing utensils) and our second room had a weird smell coming from the kitchen sink pipes. the laundry machine in our first room was old but the second was new and worked a lot better. none…

This was a great stay for the price. The room was nice and included a washer/dryer, medium sized fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. It seems like they are paying attention to reviews and are including more products, but it was very minimal. If you plan on staying here and using the washer, you need to bring your own detergent, if you want coffee bring your own coffee…

Booked through Klook and had the worst experience with The Residence at BCCT. Upon check-in, they could not find our booking and made us wait for almost 2 hours with no proper update or assistance. They even sent an email to Klook confirming that they could not locate our reservation, so we had no choice but to leave. We then requested a full refund from Klook due to the inconvenience and failed booking. Now, sudden…

The room was super nice, clean and tidy. Our room was on the 18th floor. We could still hear some noise outside like the elevator but it was fine. The bathroom was also clean and had toiletries. It was a comfortable and cozy bed.

The view and the service was amazing. I would stay here again. The TVs in our room weren’t working very well but the washer and dryer in the unit were my favorite things about this hotel. Every few days we were able to wash and dry our clothes conveniently. Also location right across the street from SM AURA was awesome because we were always able to get anything we needed by just walking across the street.
