Amazing place for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in nature! We stayed in a twin villa, which was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The entire property is beautifully maintained—the flowers and plants are in full bloom, adding so much charm to the surroundings. The pool is large and perfect for swimming laps, and the views are absolutely breathtaking, with mountains on one side and a glimpse of the sea in…

Overall, I'd rate the place a 4.9. I went here with my family and we definitely enjoyed every bit of our stay. The place was secluded and quiet, a great place to unwind and get off the grid. Food was okay but during our first night, a lot were not available (but we forgive you). The Spa service was also so-so. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially mang Mando, kuya Marvin of the ATV rental and ms Joy in the…
Positive: Nice location in a beautiful environment with stunning mountain views. Huge swimming pool. Food is good, a little overpriced. Service staff always friendly and willed to help. Negative : As a foreigner I still needed to show a Covid vaccination certificate, it’s now 2026, wake up!!! Each meal had to be immediately paid cash, even we stayed 2 nights. No WiFi available, no card payment possible. Staff unders…
It was hard to reach and the road was quite dangerous and narrow as well. Not advised to drive at night. The rooms are okay. Service wasnt okay. No front desk people available at all times, and we had to get out early on the days we were checked in. No one was available at 6am!!! Such a hassle.
Such a great getaway. We went here on Jan 5. (Just forgot to leave a review,) but here it is. It was great, the roads going there was a little tight, but luckily our pickup could still fit, but smaller cars are advised if you're a new driver. But when we arrived, it was all worth it. The room didn't have a TV though, but it was alright because the place had fun activities. The ATV experience was fun and shoutout to…
Secluded and quiet place though it was a bit busy when we got there. Do note the road going there as it's a struggle. Luckily, it wasn't raining during our visit. The challenges with the road didn't end inside the villa. There are lots of stairs and they are quite steep. Heading to the pool and back to the room was exhausting, especially if you have a toddler in tow. It was compensated by the lush surroundings and s…
We had the chance to visit this place with my wife however typhoon Crising eventually affected our stay. Even with the rainy weather we were still able to manage and enjoy our stay. We occupied the bahay kubo and there was no tv, bathroom essentials, or electric kettle which we had to borrow from the reception. Not to much to do in this place but swim or have an atv ride. Food is limited too and happened to ordered…
Beautiful Setting, But Facilities and Experience Need Improvement Rating: ⭐️⭐️ We recently stayed at The Sanctuary, Batulao for what was supposed to be a meaningful and relaxing getaway with very close friends—one couple even flew in from Canada for this special occasion. While the location offered a serene, natural environment, several aspects of our stay left much to be desired. Our first concern arose even before…
