This hotel is a hidden gem. Customer service is excellent from the get go. The rooms look exactly like, if not better than the photos. Very cozy and quiet. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. Quite far from the city proper but the hotel provided an affordable local transportation option (tricycle) which also offers tours to nearby tourist spots.
