Looking for a clean, comfortable and easy access stay in Iba, Painawa Bed & Breakfast is highly recommended. A perfect place for travellers and couples on a budget. It is near local cafes, restaurants, stores and shops. The owner is very accommodating and tends to our request such as paluto of fresh seafood. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the place! Surprisingly excellent and hotel quality for its price. It's located right at the center of bayan so it's near establishments. Street parking only but has a nightshift guard on watch so no worries. Can also rent a parking space at a driving school nearby for a price of 50 or 100 pesos. Except for the chandelier dim light which we couldn't turn-off, the lack of on-site parking, and the slow internet connection, everything is alse is great. The owner is friendly. Room 3 is spacious (we were able to get an extra bed), it's super clean, and the AC is working well. The bathroom is also really clean and has bidet and free liquid soap and shampoo. There's also kitchen utencils and sink.

Room was very homey. May water heater. Hair dryer at ref. Tv is also a smart tv with cable and internet. Wla lang complimentary breakfast but we got the room cheap due to corporate connections.
