This place claims to be a 3-star hotel but I think its less than 3. Upon entry to the lobby door to checkin, I realize this is a training hotel of TRACE school as it is located in the school compound. The agoda price when I booked this place is 4000+ php per night for a deluxe room, queen size and no breakfast included.
