Great place, excellent accommodation, approachable staffs. We spent our Christmas here and we booked our stay from Dec 24 to 26, 2025. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the staffs. Though noon time na misty and foggy parin sa glass walk area. Need mag remove ng shoes to walk sa glass bridge. This is the only thing you can do for day tour. Coffee while nothing to see but fogs in the view area.
What a spectacular place! You gotta be fearless and in shape to see it all but it's worth it. Hike down to the spot at the foot of the waterfall and look up at it. I'm 70 years old and I did- can you?
Lots of day visitors flock to this resort for the skywalk so expect heavy foot traffic along the steep staircases. Huffing and puffing is the norm if you stay overnight, as most rooms are located a few floors down while the restaurant is on the upper level. Very nice place for unwinding .. great scenery. Very welcoming people.
The hotel has a good location and the staff were generally friendly. The room we checked in was clean and has its own balcony. The room has no AC. No need for that when you've got nature's cool breeze. The room has complete amenities. The free breakfast was good. They had fruits included, and their brewed coffee has a perfect aroma.
