This was a very disappointing stay. The staff was unprofessional, the facilities were poorly maintained, The experience did not match the advertisements. Definitely not worth the price. Also there’s a lot of hidden charges here very disappointed 😒

I love that there are so many options of pools that you can choose. Expect that the water is cold because it's flowing spring water. The space for grilling is spacious and so as the dishwashing space. There are lifeguards assigned in each area and are also attentive. I noticed that their deepest pool has brown dirt on the bottom. More than 1 kilometer away from national highway with a spacious parking. Clean spring resort & their deepest pool was 8 meters depth.
It was fun. Then, the water was cold as ice and sometimes the water becomes itchy. I hope you will put some nails in the restrooms just like in the dressing room. Thank you for the view of your resort maam/sir we really enjoy with my family. God Bless You po! ☺️😇
Pool water is flowing and not stagnant unlike any other pools. Its clean and safe because they have life guards in every pool area. Good for any ocassions and bonding.
