Great location but serious pest issue. Living here since 2015 and noticed a huge downgrade since it became a condotel-style from a pure residential building. There is a widespread problem with small cockroaches (ipis) crawling through units due to the high turnover of transient guests. Hindi lang dapat sa common areas ang pest control.
Unit 1-6H.The good... It's close to the airport and Newport mall, the bad, everything else, strong smell of moth balls. Furniture, old and tired, bed uncomfortable, cooking equipment, dismal. Given the price, not worth it.... Will not stay again

The location is perfect for travellers flying out of NAIA. It’s far more comfortable to stay here and rest before a flight than spend long hours waiting at the airport. The area is convenient, with hospitals, shops and other amenities nearby. Our room was clean, comfortable and much better than many Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The room and the room owner is one of the bests. Very kind room owner, and very clean room. However, the administrative staff in the reception area including the guards were very rude. They were shouting at us. And we didnt feel the guests were welcomed in the condominium. Hope they would improve their service and train their staff.
