Prime location. With swimming pool pero until 9PM lang. The breakfast is good. The place has plenty of parking. The room we got doesn’t have natural lighting though.

Overall it was a good stay but just a couple of things- I arrived 90 minutes early and was informed that I would have to pay an additional early check in fee (obviously I didnt) Then I wanted to stay another day and they would prefer I book online they get 1000Peso and I pay 1200 Peso booking with Agoda. receptionist was not accommodating. our privacy was invaded, they didn't even knock to check if the room was empty, the room was obviously occupied since the aircon is on. our privacy were invaded twice.

The service is bad, the staff invaded our privacy. We locked the door, but they used the room’s key to get inside.

I stayed here for a night during my solo North Loop trip, and I can say it was a good experience. The room was nice, the service was decent, and the staff were friendly. For less than $50 a night, this place was a great deal. We stayed one night and it even included breakfast for all four of us. The pool was a nice surprise—decent size with fun slides for the kids. The room was basic but comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Can’t complain at all for the price!
