It’s kinda disappointing because the exact room was different from the picture. The room was average, the bed was old, no basic toiletries, the sofa was torn, it’s literally different from the picture. I kinda regret staying here to be honest, shower also not working.

My stay in V-cat Apartelle was great because I love the room, the staff and the price. My room was well-cleaned and was sanitized. The staffs I met are very friendly and accomodating. And last but not the least, the pricing was affordable yet worth it.
their bedsheets and pillows are definitely used by other customer.. its dirty ..the tv was sucks.. the wifi are very slow .the room was ok spacious..the heater on shower didnt work..its better to check- in at hotel sogo since the price is similar or reputable hotels
I regret staying in this apartelle. I didn't sleep a bit during my overnight stay. The photos posted were not at all what you get. No basic toiletries provided, even just the most basic which is toilet paper. Filthy bucket and bathroom tiles. Total waste of money.
We already paid online but one of the staff said we need to pay another charges (I think its hidden charges coz no receipt, if im not mistaken 10% of the total payment for the room).
