This is a very good hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic. If you want to enjoy KTV, this is the hotel to stay at. The rooms feel a bit dated, but they are clean and perfectly fine. There are restaurants, KTVs, and a 7-Eleven within minutes of leaving the hotel, so it's incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Malate.
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the accommodation was really good. The staff were very kind and professional. They made sure to assist me with everything, even during check-out. They helped me with my luggage and made sure I was able to get into my ride safely. I truly appreciate their excellent service.
There was no water, no heater, and they didn’t give me a towel. Then at customer service, I got held up because they said my order didn’t appear on app A. But it actually showed up on app B. I even had to call customer service myself. I had to wait like thirty minutes just to call my ticket.com order.
