Venice Grand Canal Hotels

So we booked a hotel room in here for 2 days recently and our room was 15A. The master bedroom’s bedroom had a toilet problem, after like a few flushes in the toilet the shower drain filled with water with brown(poop) in it. And the areas in this room mostly had Stains, Missing/hidden remotes, broken appliances and dirty walls( interior of the house in some areas) Btw the fifth picture was left by hotel staff and wa…

I booked this reservation. They wait till the last minute requiring me to send them copies of my IDs. Have no way to send it to them. They wouldn't allow us to check in our bags early. We aren't allowed to bring bags into the mall. They refuse to refund my cancelation. This is their fault of my own, it was theirs

This place is perfect for people who love taking picture very instagramable and also the service is very good and our stay was so relaxing because of the great view. And the shopping mall is nearby. Very convenient if you want yo buy something. Highly recommended!
