The system/app was very unreliable. We booked a 12-hour stay and selected our preferred check-in time, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff had difficulty locating our reservation in their system. We stayed for 2 nights. The room is nice and the staff are friendly. But the floor is quiet dirty and we encountered a bug problem. They sent someone with bug spray, but it was still not a pleasant experience. The location is good, there are a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I can get to the public transportation, such as LRT, by walking.
Stayed for a week. They charge for everything. They give you a thin sheet for a blanket and if you want another they charge for it. Also Everytime I step outside my room there's a worker who comes up to me asking to pay these enormous fees that have nothing to do with me. This isn't once a day, this is EVERYTIME I leave my place.
