Victoria Du Hotel

I've never been in such a horrible place before in my life. Noisy and dirty. The place is a nightmare. I also shared my room with a family of three giant cockroaches, smells like humidity, the carpet was so dirty and the bathroom was a insult to humanity. Please, avoid this place. You'll find better places in town for same or less price. I made a big mistake staying there, but I was blind of tiredness.

Wow, even though it's better than other hotels in town (except GV and Novohotel), it's still very rough. Saw cockroaches, very dirty. Extremely noisy, even for the Philippines. Happy to have survived.
