Rooms had running water and was able to fit 12 people for our visit, had a bit of horses freely running around which caused a pungent horse excrement to reach us at times but overall it was a great place!
Quiet and peaceful, not much to do here but there were some dogs and horses, for animal lovers. Breafast was okay.

Super nice place. Great view. You will really feel the province ambience. Horses and dogs roam freely in the area. Very spacious. Room is clean and with simple furniture. Hospitable staff. Good food for a very reasonable price. Big servings. Perfect place for relaxation and nature feels. Beach is also just a few meters away. You can also see the Mt. Mayon in beach area.
This is the perfect place for a family picnic. Kubo huts and nice grass play area next to Bacacay bay. MAYON Sailing Club offers Hobie GetAway Catamaran tours from here.
