great experience with this hotel. the staff are well trained and very attentive to guest needs with smiles on their faces and willingness to help attitude, that greatly affect the good customers service experience. price point is a bit high compared to other new hotels in the area but you wouldn't mind to pay extra with the type of service you will get with them.

I recommend this hotel when staying in Naga. To me the stand out feature was the staff at in the hotel and restaurant. They are fantastic, incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The facilities are great and the rooms are well kept. We very much enjoyed our stay
