We always stay here once they hire us Team90s to perform.

Highlight: 1) A shuttle picks you up from the airport or bus station free of charge. 2) Due to the condition of our room on arrival, we were upgraded to the superior room. 3) The location is really perfect for accessing the various CWC facilities (wakepark, restaurant, etc.). 4) Permanent security presence. Weak points : 1) The infrastructure is very dated 2) The wifi did not work from our room. 3) No hot water. 4)…

Says no need to reserve since they have available cabana. When i arrive an hour after, cabanas are not available. Forcing me to avail their cabin even if im alone. Staff did not even apologize. They are suggesting other hotels outside which is far from cwc. This is very disappointing service.
