We recently rented the duplex and dorm-type rooms for a company outing with around 45 guests. We traveled a long way expecting to enjoy the resort, especially since the sea was experiencing strong waves and was unsafe for swimming. Rooms are fine, we liked the place due to its proximity to Capones island which is a 15min trip by boat. The have trees lined at the front and pitching our tent doesn't get full sun. Would be better if they had more food selection, thankfully there are restos nearby (5-10min drive)
Very accommodating specially Trixie! If we’re to go back in Zambales will surely stay here again. So near in capones but di na ka hop due to balikatan. What a nice vacation thanks to Villa Janella, oh and the view, not so crowded too and clear coast dincuz other part dami bangka.
The location was a bit far from our expectation because we're from Manila, and the 3 hours travel turns into 5 hours and 40 mins due to the traffic speciallyin Subic Freeport area. We arrived at the resort late from our check-in time but thanks to the staff they still welcome us and extended our time check-out. The place is good. But it kinda ruins the day when staff are rude and unattentive. Customer service has so much to improve.
A perfect place for a quick trip with friends or family. The resort is very quiet and very private. The hotel is good and has a water heater. What is lacking is there are isn't enough space for preparing food but there is a beach restaurant to remove the hassle of food preparation. The beach is a nice place to take sunset photos if you like.
