Paid for superior room but had to pay for an extra person which is okay but had to follow up for the extra bed to put in our room, and the guy there told us that no one told him about the extra bed so he have to call the lady in the reception area to confirm. Not a good place to drop by for a quick bite or drinks. No welcoming staff when I got there, and had to ask other guests where the staff are. I thought they we're closed or was a private house! I had to ask the other guests who pointed me to where the staff are - which was at the restaurant area. Nice place, unfortunately, the son of my co-worker got his foot wounded by the metal rails on the drainage inside the pool as it cannot be seen when he is swimming. Also, we rented a videoke an they did not give us the microphone until an hour later, really such a bad experience. I hope they can improve their service so we could come back some other time
Quiet and peaceful place, really nice to relax, windy outside, my kids really had fun with their pool. Looking forward to come back.
Stayed for a few days, toiletries not replenished daily. Aircon not working in the room given. Food was buffet style but not enough for guests, were charged super extra for additional food. Location was good though. Staff were friendly but quality of service needs improvement.
New resort, still needs a lot of improvement but facilities are acceptable. Got lost going there coz the signs were a bit small and covered by tree branches already. The place is clean and their staff are accommodating and friendly.
Apart from the bumpy roads that lead there, the resort itself is stunning.
