The rooms are neat, clean, and smells good. The accommodation is top tier. The location is great, it has great views and very good climate. The pools are clean. The foods are AMAZING. I love it, definitely coming back soon!!
The place is nice, but the staff could be more accommodating. MUCH more accommodating. Whenever I make requests, I make it a point to be polite & patient. Resort is clean and the staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean, plenty of parking space and there is security in the place(CCTV's and Guards).
In terms of facility , everything is good and clean .But this is the downside, the dining service is so bad and disappointing. Food took almost 2 hours to serve, the employees are not friendly at all and it seems like they dont know what they are doing.
