Lived here for several months, I would advise against staying here due to the several reasons: For the inner facing apartments, there's a playground in the middle of the buildings where children scream at the tops of their lungs all day and into the night (sometimes until midnight because its not policed however, if you played music, you'd get a fine). We spent a night as part of my sister's birthday celebration. I can say that we did have a great time from the beginning of our stay until the end. We also tried their pool and enjoyed our swim. However, we did have some trouble buying tickets for the pool access. When it comes to food and beverages, we did not have any troubles as this place is near a 24/7 convenience store and is accessible to SM Fairview.
We had a wonderful time celebrating our eldest son's birthday and my brother's birthday together at Trees Residence with the whole family. The staycation was fantastic, complete with free popcorn and enjoyable night swimming, making it a memorable celebration for everyone.
We love their walkway/patio! It's very beautiful. The management is quite strict when it comes to coming in and out of the buildings. I love that after a BNB was so trashy, this residence made everything all better! The only true issue, was there was not close parking. But, wasn't too far of a walk. At least the room and area was inviting! Thank you.
Great location, very accessible
For longterm rental not worth the price. One elevator. Not enough safe walking areas for kids. Pool always dirty and crowded with kids. No fitness center. Only one store outside the gate. No mall close by.
